Halloween Trunk or Treat event slated

The Penn Hawaii Youth Foundation, a nonprofit organization, and Penn Fitness Center present the Halloween Trunk or Treat drive-through event from 3-5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31.

The event will be located at 777 Kinoole St., the former Hilo Lanes bowling alley.

Special Halloween characters will welcome those who attend.

The community is invited to attend this safe and fun time for families.
