Police are renewing their request for the public’s assistance in finding a 38-year-old Pahoa man who’s been missing for almost four years.

Sundown Johann Franklin Scrigna is described as 6-foot-2-inches tall, about 160 pounds, with a slim build, fair complexion, short brown hair and brown eyes. He has a red and yellow circular mandala type tattoo with a Namaste symbol in the center on his upper left arm.

Scrigna was reportedly last seen at his Leilani Street residence sometime in April 2016 and hasn’t been seen or heard from since.

Anyone who has information on his whereabouts is asked to call Detective Blaine Morishita at 961-2385 or email blaine.morishita@hawaiicounty.gov.
