Police are seeking the public’s assistance to identify a suspect in a theft and identity theft investigation.
According to police, the suspect used the victim’s credit card at numerous businesses in the Hilo area on Dec. 30 and 31.
The image depicts the suspect leaving a Hilo business after using the victim’s credit card, police said.
He is described as a local male, possibly with facial hair, and was wearing a gray hoodie, black pants, and a camouflage beanie.
Anyone with information is asked to call the police nonemergency line at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
