Police are seeking the public’s assistance with finding a 27-year-old woman wanted for questioning in a fraud/negotiating a worthless instrument investigation.
Angelica L. Ybarra, also known as Angelica L. Juario, is known to frequent Kona and Ocean View.
She’s described as being between 5 feet, 9 inches and 6 feet tall, 150 and 200 pounds, with brown or blonde hair.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call the police nonemergency number at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
