Police seek missing teen

Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 17-year-old runaway last seen July 4 on the Hilo Bayfront.

Tanika Nihipali-Franchey, of Volcano, is described as 5-foot-1-inch tall, 115 pounds, with blonde hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the police non-emergency line at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
