Police say 17-year-old Skyler Waltjen was reported missing.
Waltjen, who frequents the Hilo and Honomu areas, is descibed as 5 feet, 9 inches tall; 145 pounds, with a thin build, a dark complexion and short black buzz-cut hair.
Police say no photo is available.
