Kona police are actively seeking Jeramie Dean Soares, a 32-year-old who frequents Kona and South Kohala.
According to police, Soares is wanted on two outstanding warrants of arrest and an all-points bulletin for theft.
Soares is described as 5 feet, 8 inches tall; 180 pounds.
