Encouraging parents to read to keiki from the start

A big mahalo to the Hilo Council of Family, Community and Education members who dropped off more than 120 books to the Hilo Medical Center Obstetrics Unit on May 15. Every month, the HMC OB unit helps more than 95 babies come into the world. The FCEs donation encourages parents to read to their keiki from the start.
