Leiloa Bustamante hit a grand slam and a two-run shot Saturday, Dioni Lincoln also hit two home runs and Brooke Baptiste breezed through a five-inning TKO and hit a solo home run as the Warriors walloped Kealakehe 17-1 at its field.
The five-homer game is just the latest offensive explosion for Kamehameha (7-0), which has outscored its opponents 106-4, and this one came against a Waveriders team that has made three consecutive trips to the HHSAA Division I tournament.
Bustamante drove in six runs while going 3 for 3 with three runs scored, and her slam highlighted a seven-run fifth inning. Lincoln lifted solo homers in the second and fourth, finishing with three RBIs and three scored.
Kamehameha ripped 14 hits against Telsea Taketa, who walked eight in going all five innings for the Waveriders (3-2).
Baptiste allowed one hit with four walks and three strikeouts. The senior was 2 for 3 with two RBIs, as was Kaulawena Martin.
