John Carl Haywood, 88, of Waimea died Nov. 19. Born in Berlin, he was a building contractor and carpenter. Private services. Robert “Bob” Duane Decker, 76, of Waikoloa died Dec. 2 at home. Born in Paonia, Colo., he was a retired master carpenter, boat builder, member of Waikoloa Baptist Church and U.S. Army veteran.
