The Traveling Plate, a statewide culinary tour that celebrates the Easterseals legacy in the Hawaiian Islands, will kick off their third year of events this summer.

Events on Big Island, Oahu, Maui and Kauai begin in July and will feature local celebrity chefs supported by Easterseals participants. The goal is to raise awareness and much needed funds for Easterseals programs and services in support of the incredible accomplishments being achieved within our communities.

The Big Island will host the first launch event at 5:30 p.m. (5 p.m. for VIP ticket holders) July 22, amidst the beautiful landscape of Nani Mau Gardens, located at 421 Makalika St. Hilo.

#TPHawaii will be a grazing style evening featuring notable chefs crafting locally sourced eats from the aina, a hosted bar, and a Traveling Plate Marketplace.

The Traveling Plate Marketplace includes a silent auction, wine pull, and locally crafted products for sale. Easterseals will be collecting donations at the Traveling Plate event at Nani Mau Gardens for Easterseals families affected by the recent volcanic activity.
