The Coordinated Services for the Elderly Program of the Hawaii County Elderly Activities Division issues ID cards for seniors 60 years and older at the Aging and Disability Resource Center.

Staff also will issue cards at the following locations in April:

• 1-3 p.m. April 4, Kamana Senior Center, Hilo

• 10 a.m.-1 p.m. April 5, Kona K-Mart

• 1-3 p.m. April 6, Keaau Community Center

• 9-11 a.m. April 11, St. Jude’s Church, Hawaiian Ocean View Estates

• 9-11 a.m. April 11, Kohala CSE “Old Bank of Hawaii Building”

• 9-11 a.m. April 12, L. Yoshimatsu Senior Center, Waimea

• 10 a.m.-1 p.m. April 12, Kona Wal-Mart

• 1-3 p.m. April 13, Kamana Senior Center, Hilo

• 11 a.m.-1 p.m. April 20, Papaaloa Country Store &Cafe

• 1-3 p.m. April 25, Honokaa Hale Hauoli Senior Center

• 10 a.m.-1 p.m. April 27, West Hawaii Civic Center, Building B, Kona

The Coordinated Services main office is located at 1055 Kinoole St., Suite 106, in Hilo.
