Ethan Ferguson of Hilo, 39, was arrested Thursday for the assault, reported Jan. 1.
He was charged today with two counts of second-degree sexual assault and three counts of fourth-degree sexual assault, according to Hawaii Police Department. His bail was set at $13,000.
Ferguson will appear in court Monday.
