Kaeo Batacan

Kaeo Batacan

Sport: Football

The performance: Batacan showed that he’s primed for a big senior season, rushing for all three of Kamehameha’s touchdowns Saturday in a 21-6 victory against Kalaheo.

As Kamehameha breaks in a starter at quarterback – Kamakana Pagan was injured Saturday and DallasJ Duarte got his first chance at competitive football – and revamps its defense, the Warriors figure to rely on Batacan even more than they did last year when he was first-team all-BIIF Division II for the league champion.

On Saturday, he needed only needed part-time duty to churn out 102 yards on the ground.
