The state Department of Public Safety said a 33-year-old inmate on extended furlough failed to report for her scheduled check-in Tuesday at Hawaii Community Correctional Center.

Tasha Gardner is is described as 5-foot-1 and 125 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.

Gardner was convicted of burglary, forgery theft, ID theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. DPS officials said she’s expected to be charged with second-degree escape.

Her next parole hearing is scheduled for December.
