Satoe “Patsy” Higuchi, 94, of Hilo died Aug. 5 at Hospice of Hilo Pohai Malama Care Center. Born in Onomea, she was retired from Paramount Grill and Woolworth’s Restaurant and a member of Papaikou Hongwanji Mission and Pomaikai Senior Center. Services held.
