In 2014 a total of 236,000 visitors will come to Hilo aboard cruise ships. This influx contributes a huge amount of money into our local economy.

Come listen to what these visitors are saying about Hilo. Have we met their expectations? What can we do to make their stay more memorable?

Coordinators of the workshop note travelers on vacation expect to relax and enjoy their interactions with other people. Those who experience good customer service are not only more likely to spend more money, but to return.

Cost to attend the workshop is $10 for DIA members, $20 for others. To register or for more information, visit www.downtownhilo.com or email info@downtownhilo.com.
