George “Keoki” Espaniola Sr., 84, of Mountain View died May 16 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Hilo, he worked for H. Harada Construction Co. Visitation 9-11 a.m. Saturday, June 21 at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Funeral service at 11 a.m. Casual attire. Burial at Alae Cemetery. Shirley R. Gaston, 59, of Hilo, died June 1 at The Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu. Born in Pahala, she was a laundry worker for Hawaiian Linen in Hilo. Dorothy Lin How Wong Liu, 86, died June 7. Born in Honolulu, she was an educator who worked in Hilo for 30 years. Valentina Lorenzo, 92, of Kealakekua died June 3 at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Paauhau, she was a retired Kona coffee picker. Services held.
