‘Imiloa Astronomy Center will look at the water systems of Mauna Kea at the next CAMP ‘IMI-Possible summer intersession program from June 2-6.

‘Imiloa Astronomy Center will look at the water systems of Mauna Kea at the next CAMP ‘IMI-Possible summer intersession program from June 2-6.

Keiki who will have completed grades K-3 will be immersed in a weeklong adventure of science experiments and activities on the traditional and contemporary methods of water use, and what can help decipher the signs of impact.

The camp is 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Drop-off is available as early as 7:30 a.m., with pick-up by 4:15 p.m. The program is supported by the Japan Foundation for Promotion of Astronomy through the Subaru Telescope and Thirty Meter Telescope.
