Police are renewing their request for information on the whereabouts of a missing a 23-year-old Puna man.
Philip Voelker, who has no permanent address, is also wanted on several outstanding warrants.
Voelker was last seen near Orchidland sometime in November. He’s is described as 6-foot-4, 210 pounds with brown hair, blue eyes and several tattoos, including one on his neck of the Grim Reaper.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the police non-emergency line at 935-3311. Those who prefer anonymity may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
