Rhonda Marie Brown, 69, of Hilo died Feb. 16 at home. Born in Laupahoehoe, she was a retired child care provider. Visitation 9-11 a.m. Tuesday, March 28, at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. William Vincent “Will” Ferguson Jr., 71, of Keaau, died Feb. 9 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Auburn, Mass., he was a master plumber and gasfitter, owner of Will’s Plumbing and Heating, licensed pilot and certified scuba diver and paralegal. Visitation 10-11 a.m. Wednesday (March 22) at Keaau Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Mass at 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Homelani Memorial Park in Hilo. Casual attire; no flowers. Wallace Aeae “Wally” Ishibashi Jr., 66, of Kalaoa, died Feb. 16 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Hilo, he was senior advisor at the University of Hawaii at Hilo Office of Maunakea Management, former Hawaii Island Division director and business agent for ILWU Local 142, factory mechanic and truck driver for the former Hilo Coast Processing Co., member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, former branch president of LDS Honomu Branch, former East Hawaii Hawaiian Homes commissioner, former Hilo Medical Assocation board member, former advisor to the Wildlife/Aquatic Commission, Big Island Community Coalition member, former chair of the Hawaii County Windward Planning Commission, former labor chair of the Hawaii Island United Way and former president of Rural South Hilo Community Association. Visitation 10-11 a.m. Saturday (March 25) at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Hilo Stake Center, 1373 Kilauea Ave. Memorial service at 11 a.m. Casual attire, no flowers. Lei welcome.
