Visitation 4-6 p.m. Saturday (Jan. 7) at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Memorial service at 6 p.m. Casual attire; no flowers. Survived by husband, Clyde Bailado of Paauilo; daughter, Rachel K. Felicisima Dameg Kamei, 76, of Pahala died Nov. 13 in Honolulu. Born in Santa, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, she was a retired harvester for Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Corp. Justin Christopher Ikaika O Kalani Kelsom, 34, of Vancouver, Wash., died July 11 in Portland, Ore. Born in Hiloand raised in Waikoloa, he was a water treatment operator for the City of Vancouver.
