The Hawaii Island Food Basket will be hosting four Ohana Food Drops next month to help alleviate some of the stress of the holidays and feed the island community.
The Food Basket will host food drops at 10 a.m. at Waimea District Park on Thursday, Dec. 1, Naalehu Hongwanji Temple on Tuesday, Dec. 6, Pahoa Community Center on Friday, Dec. 16, and the Afook-Chinen Civic Auditorium in Hilo on Thursday, Dec. 22.
Supplies are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. The Food Basket suggests arriving a half an hour prior to the start time.
