Leo D. Brown, 87, of San Antonio, formerly of Hilo, died June 8 at home. He was a U.S. Air Force retiree, and while in Hilo was employed by the former Comtec and Jones Spacelink cable television companies, and was resident manager of the Hilo Lagoon Centre.
