Genevieve Ann D’Angelo, 82, of Hilo died March 28. She was a retired administrative assistant for Metlife and member of Little Sisters of the Poor. Celebration of life service 9 a.m. Friday, May 6, at St Joseph Catholic Church. Survived by sons, Joseph A. D’Angelo, Michael A. (Colleen) D’Angelo Jr. and Thomas R. Damien Kalei Fujioka, 56, of Honokaa died March 28 at North Hawaii Community Hospital. Born in Honokaa, he was a florist and event planner. Gisela Agnes McGuire, 79, of Mountain View died March 26 at Hawaii Care Choices Pohai Malama Care Center. Born in Germany, she was a department manager at Hilo Walmart in Hilo and member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pahoa and American Legion Women’s Auxiliary. Private services held. Tsze Mei Miyashiro, 82, of Captain Cook died April 6 at home. Born in Toufen Mialihsien, Taiwan, she was a housekeeper at the former Kona Surf Resort. Graveside service and burial 10 a.m. Monday (April 18) at Kona Memorial Park in Holualoa. Casual attire. James Donald Oliveira, 88, of Hilo died March 20 at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born in Papaikou, he was a retired mover for the former Smitty Van Lines, U.S. Army veteran and member of the Portuguese Club. Visitation 9-10 a.m. Friday, April 22, at Dodo Mortuary Chapel.
