Christine Estelle Bean, 57, of Holualoa died Jan. 18 at Stanford Health Care in Santa Clara, Calif. Born in Hilo, she was a foundation manager and property operations director, Teach for America Hawaii board member and advocate for cultural preservation of Hawaii. Visitation 9-11 a.m. Saturday, March 26, at Dodo Mortuary Chapel in Hilo. Funeral service at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. Casual attire; face masks required. Danderine “Dee” Kaui Clark, 64, of Captain Cook died Feb. 14 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Honolulu, she was a medical unit clerk at Kona Community Hospital. Services at a later date.
