Clarence Vance Arnold Jr., 68, of Mountain View died Feb. 28 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Honolulu, he was a journeyman carpenter for the former Hilo Coast plantation and member of Nunu Pidgeon Club, Arnold’s Poker Room and AA Maintenance. Celebration of life at a later date; family and friends will be notified. Frank (Francois) C. L’Orange, 80, of Hilo died Feb. 17 at Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center. Born in Illinois, he was a retired real estate broker and former priest. Private services.
