Police have arrested and charged a 33-year-old Ocean View man for a number of crimes police say occurred in December and this month in Ocean View.

Travis Leka was arrested Jan. 16 in Ocean View on two outstanding warrants on suspicion of burglary.

He was later charged with first-degree burglary in connection with an incident that day in Ocean View.

Leka was also charged with: first-degree terroristic threatening, unlawful imprisonment and domestic abuse stemming from a Dec. 7 incident on Tiki Lane involving a 26-year-old Ocean View woman; second-degree assault against a 46-year-old Ocean View man with a crowbar at a Walaka Drive address on Dec. 8; second-degree burglary of a structure on Pineapple Parkway on Dec. 8; and two counts of unauthorized control of a stolen vehicle involving a truck and van that were taken from a Bamboo Lane property on Dec. 31.

Leka has made his initial court appearances and remains in custody at Hawaii Community Correctional Center.
