Patrick Gary Enos Jr., 28, of Hilo died Dec. 20 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Hilo, he was a tree climber for Pacific Tech Tree Experts. Visitation 10-11 a.m. Saturday (Jan. 22) at Glad Tidings Church, 116 Kapiolani St. in Hilo. Funeral service at 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Alae Cemetery. Casual attire; face masks and social distancing required. Mary Tsuyako Harada, 97, of Hilo died Jan. 5 at home. Born in Hilo, she was a homemaker and member of Hilo Meishoin Mission. Private services held. No flowers or koden (monetary gifts). Hatsue Hayashi, 89, of Hawi died Nov. 20 at home. Born in Kohala, she was a homemaker and member of St. Augustine Episcopal Church and Kohala Senior Citizen Club. Private family services held. Born in Los Angeles, she was an attorney, owner of Melody Parker Law LLC, former deputy public defender, deputy corporation counsel, and law clerk for Judge Shunichi Kimura, member of the Hawaii Bar Association and graduate of the University of Hawaii William S. Eugene Tadio, 82, of Honokaa died Dec. 15 at Hale Ho‘ola Hamakua. Born in Paauhau, he was a retired irrigation worker for the former Hamakua Sugar Co., member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and Hamakua Softball League, and the first four-letter athlete at Honokaa High School, where he coached football and baseball.
