Nearly 1,400 new COVID cases have been reported statewide today after a record breaking number of new cases over the holiday weekend.

No COVID-related deaths have been reported today, leaving the cumulative state total at 1,082. Over the weekend, one new death was reported Christmas Eve, and four new deaths were reported Christmas Day.
