Wayne Thomas Kiwaha Sr., 72, of Kealia died April 21 at home. Born in Kealakekua, he was a retired state Highways Division heavy equipment operator, former butcher for Kona Meat and U.S. Army veteran. Services at a later date. Robert “Billy” Donald Perreira, 72, of Honomu died April 6 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Hilo, he owned Plantation Memories Antique Shop and was a member of Rivers of Grace Church of God. Satsue “Stella” Watanabe, 97, of Hilo died April 27 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Mountain View, she was a retired seamstress and member of Taishoji Soto Mission. Private services held.
