Emilio “Fish” Enanoria Dinson Jr., 58, of Captain Cook died Nov. 23 at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born in Kealakekua, he was a construction laborer and a member of Laborers International Union of North America, Local 368. Services at a later date. Mae Ayako Eclipse, 84, of Mountain View died Nov. 18 at Legacy Hilo Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Born in Hilo, she was a substitute teacher, library assistant, mail clerk, assistant manager for Arquero’s U-Drive, Taxi and Tours and retired from Hawaii County Economic Office on Aging. Born in North Konahe was the owner of KM Ranch and 5K Ranch, heavy equipment operator for Nan Construction, Inc., KKRC, KKCC, CTS Earthmoving Company, Kirkland Construction Company, Road Builders, Bidamo Paving, State of Hawaii Highways Division, worked at Toledo Dairy of Waianae, was a member of Operating Engineers Local Union 3, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and U.S. Army National Guard veteran. Rosie Harumi Tatsuta, 91, of Mountain View died Nov. 30 at the Hilo Medical Center.
