Ruby Theresa Cabison, 80, of Hilo died July 26 at The Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu. Born in Poro Caoayan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, she was a retired Wackenhut security guard at the Hilo International Airport and member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the Red Hat Society.
