Lito Macatbag Asuncion, 69, of Hilo died June 23 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, he was a retired elderly affairs program planner for the counties of Kauai and Hawaii, former manager and co-owner of Prince Kuhio One Hour Photo in Hilo, co-founder, first president and advisor of Sariling Gawa Youth Council and former officer and member of several Filipino and professional organizations in Hawaii. John “Jock” William Mair, 68, of Holualoa died June 8 at Hospice of Kona’s Nakamaru Hale in Holualoa.
