AARP Hawaii is accepting nominations for its 2020 Andrus Award for Community Service. The award is AARP Hawaii’s highest volunteer honor and goes to Hawaii residents 50 and older who are sharing their experience, talent and skills to enrich the lives of community members.

Nominations will be evaluated by AARP Hawaii based on how the volunteer’s work improved the community, supported AARP’s vision and mission and inspired other volunteers. The award recipient will be announced in early fall.

This is not a posthumous award.

For more information and to submit a nomination, visit aarp.org/andrusaward. The applications deadline is July 15.
