Hawaii National Bank started a new program to recognize and give back to individuals who are helping care for Hawaii during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Hometown Heroes program provides Hawaii residents with a chance to win cash gifts of $100. To nominate a Hometown Hero, visit Heroes.HawaiiNational.bank or follow @HawaiiNationalBank on Instagram and submit a few brief details about how the nominee has gone above and beyond to serve their community.

“Our communities have responded to these unprecedented times with courage and aloha, and we are honoring the heroes making a difference in our everyday lives,” said Bryan Luke, president and CEO of Hawaii National Bank. “This includes everyone from first responders and caregivers to delivery people, restaurant employees, volunteers and others who are dedicating their efforts to help Hawaii. We offer our most heartfelt mahalo for your selfless acts of service.”

Hometown Heroes is open to all Hawaii residents through June 18.
