The following recycling programs will reopen soon:
• Reuse centers at county recycling and transfer stations will reopen Wednesday.
• HI-5 certified redemption centers at transfer stations will reopen Saturday, May 23.
Customers must wear a face mask and keep a 6-foot social distance from each other and facility employees.
