DOH reports four new COVID-19 cases in Hawaii, statewide number now 613

The state Department of Health reports four new Hawaii COVID-19 cases today, bringing the statewide case total to 613.

Three of the new cases are in the City and County of Honolulu, which now reports 399 cases.

The fourth is a resident diagnosed outside the state, which brings that total to eight cases.

There were no new cases reported in Hawaii, Maui or Kauai counties, which report 70, 115 and 21 cases respectively.

There have been 16 coronavirus-related deaths in the state, so far, 11 on Oahu and five on Maui.

Of the statewide cases, 69 have required hospitalization and 516 have been released from isolation.
