Edwina “Winnie” Nyuk How Booth, 91, of Waimea died Oct. 4 at her residence. Born in Honolulu, she was owner of the former Ocean View Inn Restaurant and a member of Keola Malamalamalama Church. Rodrigo “Rudy” Fernandez Borreta, 94, of Hilo died Oct. 13 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Bangui, Philippines, he was the CEO of Sunrise Service aka C. Borreta and Sons. Eve Dorothy Hayselden, 86, of Hilo died Oct. 19 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Hilo, she was a retired licensed practical nurse at the former Hilo Hospital and member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
