Kauaha‘ao Congregational Church in Waiohinu, Ka‘u, will have a fundraising Bazaar from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, on the church campus.

Individuals, schools, clubs and sports/athletic groups are invited to be vendors at the “flea market.” Interested vendors are asked to submit an application by Sunday, Nov. 10. The booth fee for a 10-by-10-foot space is a $10 suggested donation.

To obtain a vendor application, email the church at dwongyuen.kauahaaochurch@gmail.com or call Debbie Wong Yuen at 928-8039. Vendors can sell anything except hot foods and plate lunches, and need to provide their own tent, tables, chairs and — if power is needed — a generator.

The church will be selling kalua pig bowls and smoked meat bowls, as well as baked goods, produce, crafts and more.

Come spend the day and enjoy the entertainment provided by talented community groups Hannaha’s Makana ‘Ohana Halau, Thy Word Ministry Praise Team and Gene Akamu.

The church is located at 95-1642 Pinao St., off Mamalahoa Highway and at the intersection of Kamaoa Road and Pinao Street, just above the Wong Yuen Store.
