Join Balancing Monkey Yoga in welcoming back Desiree Rumbaugh for “Yoga as a Long Term Relationship” on Oct. 25-27.

Anyone who has ever been in a long-term relationship of any kind could probably tell you it requires maturity and a strong skill set to make it enjoyable and beneficial. Long-term, committed relationships suffer and eventually die without regular care.

And so it is with yoga practice.

If you want to feel good and enjoy the benefits of yoga for a lifetime, there are some very important things you need to know.

This weekend workshop will give participants keys and insight into what steps they can take to stay connected to the physical and mental gifts of the great practice of yoga.

With more than 30 years of experience, Rumbaugh continues to evolve her understanding of the human body-mind potential. Incorporating work from physical therapy and weight training, she continues to discover and create ways to practice and teach yoga with enthusiasm and vitality.

At 60 years old, she has more than ever to share with students of all ages.

There are five sessions to this workshop. More details, including costs and registration information, are available online at www.balancingmonkeyyoga.com.

All ages and levels welcome.

Balancing Monkey Yoga is located at 1221 Kilauea Ave. in the Hilo Shopping Center near Island Naturals.
