William Henry Anger, 68, of Keaau died Dec. 22 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Chicago, he was a retired woodworker. Celebration of life at a later date. Mae Jean “Jeannie” Ferreira Cordeiro, 81, of Kalopa Homestead died Dec. 28 at home. Born in Honokaa, she was a homemaker and member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Honokaa. Louis George Lawrence, 88, of Haina, Honokaa died Dec. 3 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Haina, he was a retired carpenter. Gilbert Medeiros Sr., 88, of South Point died Dec. 17 at home. Born in South Kona, he was a retired foreman and cowboy for Kahuku and McCandless ranches, member of the Paniolo Hall of Fame and Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Naalehu.
