Born in Ilocos Norte, the Philippines, he was a retired laborer for Hawaiian Phoenix Nursery and member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hilo. Visitation 5-6 p.m. Nov. 1 at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Wake service at 6 p.m. Visitation again from 9-10 a.m. Nov. 2 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with celebration of Mass at 10 a.m. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
