The business, which once was owned by Parker Ranch, was listed for $2.9 million, according to a report in Pacific Business News.
Its owner, Dwight Manley, is a wealthy sports agent. He purchased the property from the Richard Smart trust three years ago for $1.7 million. Manley sought to redevelop the property, according to PBN.
The restaurant is located in Waimea on about 2 acres of land near the intersection of Highway 19 and Highway 190.
