The Hawaii Island Chamber of Commerce will present the 2018 Hawaii Employment Law Seminar on Friday, Oct. 26 at the ‘Imiloa Astronomy Center’s Moanahoku Hall. This all-day event will include a complimentary hard copy and online version of the newly revised “2018-19 Hawai‘i Chamber Desk Manual: Labor and Employment Law for Hawaii Employers,” continental breakfast and lunch.

Touted as the most cost-effective employment law seminar providing information for Hawaii businesses, the presentation will feature attorneys from co-sponsor Torkildson, Katz, Hetherington, Harris &Knorek, one of Hawaii’s premier business-oriented law firms.

The presenters combine their in-depth knowledge of employment law with their longstanding ties to our community to provide practical, effective advice to both large and small employers.

The early-bird registration fee is $350 for Hawaii Island Chamber and SHRM Hawaii members who register and submit payment by Friday, Oct. 5. The early-bird rate for non-members is $400. After Oct. 5, the fee for members will be $380 and $430 for non-members. Discounts are also available for multiple attendees from a single business.
