Lou Anne Bondaug, 74, of Hilo died Aug. 28 at Hawaii Care Choices Pohai Malama Care Center. Born in Tomahawk, Wis., she was a homemaker. Memorial service 6-9 p.m. Saturday (Sept. 8) at Ballard Family Mortuary. Casual attire. Debra “Debbie” Ann Duldulao, 67, of Honokaa died Aug. 6 at home. Born in Honokaa, she was a former social services worker for Hawaii County Economic Opportunity Council. Corp &Happy Hawaiian Amusements, product maker for Meadow Gold Dairy and the former Excelsior Dairy, analyzer for the former Hilo Sugar Co., worker at the former Hilo Kress store, Hawaii Army National Guard and Army Reserve veteran, past chief ranger and subsidiary chief ranger of the Ancient Order of Foresters-Court Mauna Kea 8854 and member of Big Island Portuguese Culture Club. Visitation 5-6:15 p.m. Friday (Sept. 14) at New Hope-Hilo, 840 Kupulau Rd. Memorial services and celebration of life with military honors at 6:15 p.m. Casual attire; flowers and lei welcome.
