If these descriptions match what you are experiencing right now, Wailoa Center in Hilo, in partnership with Safeway Foundation and other supportive donors, want to help.

Bouncing Back, a free 12-session, 12-week wellness program for adults displaced by the eruption and disaster recovery workers, begins from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Thursday (Aug. 2) at Wailoa Center.

The program will included topics such as the 10 resilience factors and skills and participants will play act at “Letting Go” with beginners improv, make an easy art project and talk story with others in the same situation.

Refreshments will be served.
