The Panaewa Farmers Market is relaunching July 21.

Shop for local produce, products and foods at the farmers’ convenient location from 7 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturdays in the heart of Hilo’s shopping district on Railroad Avenue across from the Home Depot parking lot.

Hawaii Island farmers, value-added product producers, plant-based artisans and ready-to-eat food vendors are invited to apply to the market online at www.panaewamarket.org. Vendor spaces are 10 by 10 feet under provided tent canopies for $15-$20 per market day with on-site parking for vendors and customers.

Area groups and organizations focusing on farming, nutrition, health or community projects are also encouraged to sign up for one free booth space at each market.

The Panaewa Farmers Market is sponsored by the Keaukaha Panaewa Farmers Association and is open to the public for vending and shopping.
