Leonetta Keolaokalani Osorio Kinard, 92, of Pauoa, Oahu, formerly of Hilo, died May 15 at home. Born in Hilo, she was a retired business owner and former member of the Houselots Kumiai and the university extension group Nu Oli. Visitation 9-11 a.m. Saturday (June 23) at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Noah Kaanohiokala Halekauwila Nihau, 67, of Ocean View, formerly of Las Vegas, died Jan. 8 at home. Born in Puueopaku, he was a professional musician. Minoru Oyama, 97, of Kailua-Kona died June 14 at Hospice of Kona’s Nakamaru Hale in Holualoa. Born June 7 in Honolulu, he was a retired carpenter and member of Hawaii Carpenters Union Local 745. Service at 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 27, at Hosoi Garden Mortuary in Honolulu. Survived by wife, Annie Oyama of Kailua-Kona; son, Lance Oyama of Honolulu; daughter, Cheryl Tokuoka of Kailua-Kona; sister, Esther (Masami) Tomomitsu of Honolulu; brother, Gerald (Aiko) Oyama of Honolulu; a granddaughter; nieces and nephews.
