Police have charged a 33-year-old Captain Cook man with three felonies for a domestic violence incident.

Matthew M. Santos was arrested Sunday morning for an incident reported to have occurred on Friday.

On Monday, Santos was charged with felony abuse of family or household member, second-degree assault and first-degree terroristic threatening.

He was released from police custody after posting $6,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in Kona Family Court on July 11.
